1. About LittleSpots
LittleSpots is an information service that helps parents find places that work with babies and toddlers across the UK. It is operated by Adam Bell, trading as LittleSpots. The site aggregates publicly available venue data and user-submitted reviews. Listings do not constitute an endorsement of any venue, and we make no guarantee about the accuracy or completeness of venue information.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using littlespots.co.uk you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
4. Reviews and user content
By submitting a review you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience and that you hold the rights to any content you submit. You grant LittleSpots a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your review on the site. Reviews must comply with our Review Policy.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any review that breaches our policies. Deliberate submission of false reviews may result in account suspension.
5. Venue information
Venue listings are compiled from publicly available data and owner-provided information. We make reasonable efforts to keep information up to date but cannot guarantee accuracy. Always check directly with a venue before visiting, particularly regarding opening hours, facilities, and pricing.
6. Venue owner responsibilities
If you claim a venue on LittleSpots you are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate. You must not submit false or misleading information. We reserve the right to revoke a claim if we have reason to believe it is fraudulent or if the information provided is persistently inaccurate.
7. Intellectual property
The LittleSpots name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Adam Bell and may not be reproduced without permission. User-submitted reviews remain the property of the reviewer, subject to the licence granted above.
8. Limitation of liability
LittleSpots is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on information it contains. We do not accept liability for the accuracy of third-party venue information or user-submitted reviews.
9. Prohibited use
- Scraping, crawling, or bulk-downloading site content without permission.
- Submitting fake, incentivised, or otherwise dishonest reviews.
- Using the site to harass, defame, or harm any individual or business.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the site. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
